Resilient Leadership Coaching is tailored, confidential personal development conversations. A way to help YOU clarify what you want, create solutions, and act. A developmental opportunity that builds the self-awareness essential to leadership. Resilient Leadership Coaching is not psychotherapy, consulting, mentoring, tutoring or personal training. The Coaching Process occurs (approximately) twice a month at predetermined times for 12 sessions and centers on a client-driven agenda.
The goal is to leave each conversation with much greater clarity, power, and readiness to act. The sessions are conducted on Zoom or by phone.
