This program is a truly unique approach to leadership! It starts with YOU by increasing your awareness of your own leadership strengths and opportunities.
This system’s approach to leadership will help you be aware of the Emotional System (Hidden Dynamics) present in all relationships. This awareness will help coaches and leaders alike lead from their strengths in a calm and clear manner, build healthy connections with all stakeholders and provide guidance and support to organizations facing real challenges caused by the uncertain and complex world in which we live and work.
5 weeks of live online training covering 9 units based on Resilient Leadership 2.0 Revised and Expanded Edition.

“I found it especially useful to focus on ourselves first as the practitioner and to really remember the integrity necessary and the work ethic required to do our own work, especially if we're asking others to do the same work, which I think is the core foundation.
Of course, the RL approach is reminding me of the core foundation of being a self differentiated leader or coach.
So that has been particularly useful and helpful to me, and I think that when I can be self differentiated and see the level of reactivity in myself, as well as hopefully help people find that in themselves or organizations, then the RL approach has really helped with a very clear and methodical pathway to assess that and then reduce that level of reactivity.
Because once that happens, leaders can access their best thinking, increase their own awareness, and typically access more choice.

I am surrounded by people in my home space or at work where there are some self differentiated people, which is helpful, but it’s nice to get in a different space.
