Mike has been dedicated to Leadership Development and Human Resources after starting his management career in Food & Beverage Operations. This experience in L&D and HR helped him develop his Purpose Statement: “To help managers be better, do better, and live better.” After many years of large group facilitation and individual coaching, Mike discovered Resilient Leadership Development.

He is confident that RL Coaching and Training are the most effective way to help others realize their own unique purpose as leaders, managers and family members.

Mike blends his knowledge of Resilient Leadership concepts with his extensive background in effective communication skills, emotional intelligence, conflict management, situational leadership, team building, and time management into the coaching experience.
